Business operations strategy.
The main component of our strategy is based on being a value add in our clients businesses by offering quality and dedicated service at all times.
Our core focus is on client, community, and quality service provision. This means our clients through the assistance of Government and the public sector continually undergo training to develop and add new skills on their profiles.
The Biker Queen Campaign sponsored by POWA and Metro FM.
Our policy regarding Corporate Social Investment at Biker Queen cc has always focused on getting involved in sustainable projects and long term developments. We are involved in different community up-liftment projects. This includes the Skills Development Project RPL, POWA 1 in 9 Fund Raising and Cheese Kids “in Soweto and Mabopane”.
As part of our envisaged growth within varied sectors, we plan to open up various corporate uniform and other garments manufacturing factories in relevant parts of the South Western townships including other townships in the greater part of Tshwane.
Our aim is to empower and create employment opportunities for unemployed women in previously disadvantaged neighbourhoods.
Our existing factory in our Soweto home base is used to produce goods only catered for a group of women in our township called Naledi. Various NGO’s and other women organisations have approached us to find out if they can be involved in various initiatives that we are presently embarking on. This has prompted us to seek for funding from big business and government with the aim of expanding our project scope, footprint and infrastructure.
Our success as Biker Queen cc has been on taking well vested time to engage with the clients in order to understand their needs and requirements then find the solution and deliver on the agreed deadlines. We persist in the principle of "Quality and Client First and this is apparent by the appraisals and commendations we get from our clients.
